Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
The terms and conditions for cancellation are stated on your booking confirmation. If you cancel too late, the first night will be charged.

Can I change my booking?
You can change your booking at any time.
If you have booked a tariff which doesn’t allow for cancellations or refunds, then we will offer you the option to change the booking to a later date.
How can I cancel a booking made via a booking engine (Booking.com, Expedia etc.)
Please contact the booking engine you used directly for this matter.
Can I have a meal at the hotel?
Your continental breakfast trays can be eaten in your room or as a take away.
You also eat them in our dedicated area.
We respect the strictest sanitary protocols in order to ensure both your safety and the safety of our employees.
What is the current situation in Paris?
Bars and restaurants can now open their terraces and interior spaces at 50% capacity.
Museums, monuments, parks and gardens (Jardin du Luxembourg, Jardin des Tuileries etc.) and cinemas are now open.
Public transport is running with safety and sanitary restrictions and rules in place. Wearing a mask is compulsory.
Parisian stations are open.
Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, Orly and Beauvais airports are open.

What additional cleaning and hygiene measures have you put into place?
We now have, enhanced cleaning protocols:
All rooms, bathrooms and common areas undergo regular deep cleaning, linens are washed at a high temperature in line with regulations.
Common areas are cleaned and high touch points are frequently disinfected (handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys) several times a day.
What preventive measures have been taken by your teams?
All staff have masks and hand sanitiser.
Our staff has been trained in social distancing measures and hygiene and safety standards.
They ensure they wash their hands as frequently as possible.
How have you adapted the breakfast service?
Your breakfast may be served in the dining area with table service (that has been re-designed) or in your room or to take away.
Entry into the dining room is regulated.
Social distancing measures are respected between all tables and chairs.
Do you have masks and hand sanitiser available for customers?
As soon as you enter the hotel, you will be invited to use the hand sanitiser provided to disinfect your hands.
